Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not normally receive or store your full payment card details.

Our booking and access system is provided through GymMaster and may process information required to manage bookings, customer accounts and gym access.

Our website provider, Wix, may collect technical information needed to operate and protect the website, including your IP address, browser, device information and essential cookie data.

Please do not send detailed medical information unless it is genuinely necessary.

3. CCTV

CCTV operates at The Training Lounge for the purposes of:

Protecting customers and the premises
Protecting equipment and property
Helping investigate accidents or incidents
Preventing and detecting crime
Supporting the safe operation of an unmanned private gym

CCTV may record identifiable images of people entering or using the premises.

Continuous audio recording is not used.

CCTV footage is normally retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted or overwritten unless footage needs to be retained in connection with an accident, incident, security matter, insurance claim, legal dispute or police enquiry.

Access to CCTV footage is restricted to authorised persons.

CCTV footage is normally retained for up to 30 days unless there is a specific reason to preserve particular footage.
